Good afternoon,
Effective Monday, March 9, the lobby will operate under extended service hours. The lobby will remain open until 6:00 PM each weekday to better accommodate residents, landlords, and community members who may have difficulty visiting during traditional business hours.
Please note one exception to this schedule: On the second Wednesday of each month, the lobby will close at 1:30 PM to accommodate scheduled staff meetings and internal activities.
These extended hours are part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, enhance the customer experience, and ensure we meet the needs of those we serve.
