Project-based Voucher (PBV) Waitlist
Housing Alliance HTX (HA HTX) – the new name for the Houston Housing Authority –maintains the PBV waitlist established and managed in chronological order based on the date and time the preliminary application is received. This waitlist is for the project-based voucher units with rent based on household income and subsidized by HA HTX.
This list opens for applications on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 5pm.
Before you can apply when the PBV waitlist opens on Friday, March 6, 2026 you must create a profile in the agency Applicant Portal in Rent Café. That registration can be done at any time – before or after the waitlist opens!
