Program Overview

The Resident Opportunities and Self‑Sufficiency (ROSS) Program supports public housing residents and Housing Choice Voucher participants by linking them to education, job training, employment, and supportive services that promote economic independence. Through coordinated case management and community partnerships, the program helps residents develop skills, increase their income, and achieve long-term housing stability.
