This new community brings nearly 400 high-quality, affordable apartment homes to Houston and reflects a strong partnership with the City of Houston, Mayor Whitmire, HUD, NRP, and our public and private partners. Together, we delivered a development that meets the highest standards for environmental sustainability, resident health, and long-term livability.
Following a thorough review process, Pointe at Bayou Bend is now preparing to welcome its first residents—creating new opportunities for individuals and families to thrive in a safe, well-designed community.
